Cleo - Female

Cleo is a beautiful black cat named after Cleopatra, and she truly has a regal presence. Her stunning yellow eyes will instantly draw you in, but it’s her sweet personality and affectionate nature that will steal your heart. She loves attention and will happily charm you with her adorable little meows. Before coming to our sanctuary, Cleo endured a heartbreaking past. She was abandoned at a homeless shelter and experienced abuse, leaving her scared and frightened. People went as far as to throw her against walls. Despite everything she has been through, Cleo has continued to show how loving, trusting, and resilient she truly is. She deserves the safe, peaceful life she should have always had. Now that she is safe, Cleo is discovering the joys of being cared for. She absolutely loves pets and scratches and has even found comfort in her new favorite bed, where she can finally relax and enjoy the security she’s always needed. Cleo is ready to find her forever family and spend the rest of her life surrounded by love, kindness, and comfort. After all she has endured, this sweet girl deserves nothing less than a home where she can finally feel safe and cherished. At Ollie Cat Sanctuary, we believe cats generally do best with a feline companion, so we typically require cats to be adopted in pairs if their new home does not already have another pet. However, we recognize that every cat is different, and some cats are happiest as the only pet. Cleo is one of those exceptions! She would do wonderfully as your one and only, where she can soak up all the love, attention, and affection from her family.
