Jack - Male

Jack is a black kitten with gorgeous yellow-green eyes and a personality that has truly blossomed. When Jack first arrived, he was a very scared kitten who needed time to learn that people could be trusted. After months of patience and love, he has transformed into a sweet, cuddly boy who now knows how to ask for attention! He loves rubbing against your legs, soaking up attention, and playing with absolutely any toy he can find. Jack is still getting used to being held, but he is making great progress and seems to really enjoy it once he settles in. He just needs someone who will continue giving him the patience and reassurance he needs to build his confidence. One of Jack’s funniest quirks? He can be a bit of a food hog! He may growl while he’s eating to let everyone know to stay away from his bowl. Don’t worry, he isn’t aggressive or harmful at all; he’s just very serious about his meals! We sometimes feed him separately to make sure everyone gets a chance to eat. Jack has come such a long way, and we know there is an incredibly loving companion underneath that former shy-kitten shell. He’s looking for a forever home with someone who will give him the patience, love, playtime, and understanding he deserves.
