Leo - Male

Leo is a handsome orange tabby who spent the first part of his life surviving on the streets. After fending for himself day after day, he's finally experiencing the comfort and security of indoor life—and it's been heartwarming to watch him discover all the little things he's been missing. This sweet boy has quickly fallen in love with soft, cozy beds, making the sweetest biscuits, and playing with any toy he can call his own. Every day, Leo grows a little more confident as he learns that he no longer has to worry about where his next meal or safe place to sleep will come from. Because of his difficult past, Leo is still learning how to be gentle with his paws and that human affection can be trusted. We consider Leo a “cat in training,” as he continues discovering what it means to be a loved and cared-for companion. He may need a little extra time and patience to fully relax, but every day his sweet personality shines a little brighter. At Ollie Cat Sanctuary, we believe cats generally do best with a feline companion, so we typically require cats to be adopted in pairs if their new home does not already have another pet. However, we recognize that every cat is different, and some cats are happiest as the only pet. Leo is one of those exceptions! He would do wonderfully as your one and only, where he can soak up all the love, attention, and affection from his family.
